The Graduate Program in Nursing at the University of International Integration of Lusofonia Afro-Brasileira (PPGENF/Unilab), linked to the Institute of Health Sciences (ICS), will open the registration period for the selection process for the Academic Master’s Course in Nursing of remaining vacancies, for the calendar year 2023 and academic semester 2023.1, according to MAENF Selection Notice – 01/2023.

Registrations

The registration period will be from March 20 to 26, 2023, and all documents requested for registration must be submitted at the time of registration, exclusively by email intended for this purpose – ([email protected]) , under the title Registration for MAENF 2023.

According to the contest, MAENF Selection Notice – 01/2023, there are 09 vacancies, of which: 06 vacancies (70%) for Broad Competition, of which, 5 (five) vacancies are for broad competition and 1 (one) for vacancies of foreign students; 2 (two) vacancies (20%) for Affirmative Action Policies – self-declared black (black and brown), indigenous and disabled candidates; and 1 (one) vacancy (10%) for Affirmative Action Policies (specific categories).

Vacancy foreign candidate

The vacancy for foreign students will be for international candidates from the following Portuguese-speaking countries, namely: Angola, Cape Verde, Guinea-Bissau, Mozambique, Portugal, São Tomé and Príncipe and East Timor.

There are two lines of research: 1) Health Care Practices in the context of Portuguese-speaking countries; and 2) Technologies in Health Care in the context of Portuguese-speaking countries.

The selection of candidates will consist of assessing the candidate’s ability, based on the following steps:
1) Project analysis (Elimination)
2) Written test (eliminatory)
3) Interview (eliminatory)
4) Curriculum Vitae Analysis Model Lattes/CNPq (Classificatory)
5) Hetero-identification bank (Elimination)

The area of ​​concentration of the Academic Master’s Degree in Nursing (Maenf/Unilab) is assigned to Health and Nursing professionals in the context of Portuguese-speaking countries. The course’s mission is to train qualified nurses to develop teaching and research activities in the area of ​​Health and Nursing. The focus of the course is on the production of knowledge about health practices and nursing care technologies with different groups (individuals, families and communities), considering the epidemiological, social, health and health context present in Portuguese-speaking countries.
