Jeddah: The son of the legendary car racer Michael Schumacher, Mick Schumacher was involved in a car accident during a race. Mick’s car, the driver of the Haas F1 team, crashed during the Saudi Grand Prix qualifying round on Saturday. The 23-year-old’s car crashed into a concrete wall near the 12th bend of the Jeddah circuit. The young man was immediately rushed to hospital. With this, Mick was eliminated from the main competition of the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix.

Mick’s car lost control and crashed into a wall. Mick later tweeted that he was fine. Haas said Mick left the hospital and returned to his residence.
