Thiruvananthapuram: (www.kvartha.com) Three people lost control of their car and fell into the stream at Puramattam Kallupalam. Father and two daughters died. Chandy Mathew, her children Pheba Chandy and Blessy Chandy, natives of Kumali Chakkupallam Varayannoor, have died.
The accident happened around 7 am on Monday. The vehicle involved in the accident was Kel 01 AJ 2102 with Thiruvananthapuram registration. It is reported that the car overturned into the stream while trying to overtake the private bus in front.
The passengers were pulled out of the car by the locals. The injured were taken to Tiruvalla Taluk Hospital but could not be saved. The dead bodies have been kept at Kumbanad Hospital.
Chandy Mathew is the pastor of the Church of God. Lives in Ranni as part of work. The accident happened when Pheba, who was studying for OET in Mavelikara, was going to pick up Chandy.
