Totally Accidental Action of the Lion Player
There is one injury reported in the stands of the Municipal de Aveiro, all as a result of a glass that ended up shattered in the Sporting box, our newspaper found out, in an accidental movement by Nuno Santos – he was injured, watching the Supertaça classic.
Sources from the lions indicate that the shards hit a person who was in the stands (22 years old and female), who was promptly assisted by the medical staff present at the stadium and the Sporting medical team. She is, they report, stabilized and was taken to the hospital for observation.

The same source also reports that in the box immediately next door, another glass was shattered, which narrowly missed hitting members of the greens and whites.
