Accused of moral harassment towards Alain Delon, Hiromi Rollin “disputes all the facts” denounced by her children

Targeted by two complaints from the children of Alain Delon, in particular for moral harassment, Hiromi Rollin spoke on Friday July 7 through the voice of her lawyer for “dispute” the facts denounced by the family in the property of the actor in Douchy-Montcorbon (Loiret). The sexagenarian “contests all of the facts with which he is accused and which have been widely publicized in the press”wrote his lawyer, Me Yassine Bouzrou, in a press release, the day after the opening of a preliminary investigation by the Montargis prosecution.

Qualified as ” paid companion “ of Alain Delon by the family of the actor, the latter had presented her as his “Japanese Companion” during an interview in 2021 on TV5Monde. According to the Delon children’s lawyer, Me Christophe Ayela, Ms Rollin “Never ceases to isolate Alain Delon from his relatives, his friends, and his family, using maneuvers and threats” since the actor’s stroke in 2019.

Two complaints filed by the Delon family

Jean-Pierre Lécluse, former projectionist in Montargis, remembered for Agence France-Presse (AFP) this evening in Châteaurenard (Loiret). According to information from Parisian, confirmed to AFP from concordant sources, the former assistant director in several films by Alain Delon in the 1980s and 1990s was expelled on Wednesday from the large residence of Douchy-Montcorbon. Her lawyer, Me Bouzrou, said that the sexagenarian intended to file a complaint “against members of the Delon family and bodyguards for aggravated willful violence (…) confirmed by a medical certificate”.

The same day, the Montargis public prosecutor’s office had confirmed to have been the “recipient of two complaints from the Delon family” against Mrs. Rollin. In the first, the three Delon children, Anthony, Anouchka and Alain-Fabien, denounce “the disparaging and aggressive attitude” of Mrs. Rollin against their father in particular, as well as “his actions tending to capture for his benefit the letters and telephone messages” octogenarian. According to the prosecution, Mr. Delon was associated with it “by declaration signed and attached to the complaint”. A second complaint was filed Monday in Paris by the eldest son, Anthony, in particular for acts of violence against vulnerable people and abuse of weakness.
