Acer has announced an update to the TravelMate P6 and TravelMate Spin P6 family of business notebooks.

The TravelMate P6 and TravelMate Spin P6 will be certified according to the military MIL-STD 810H standard for operation in extreme conditions. It is stated that laptops will be able to withstand impacts and falls due to the chassis made of magnesium-aluminum alloy, and the keyboard and touch screen will be protected from moisture and high temperatures.
