Acer Dominates CES 2026 with AI-Powered Laptops, Gaming Gear, and Even an Electric Scooter

Acer delivered a powerhouse showing at CES 2026, unveiling a sweeping range of new products from cutting-edge laptops to high-performance gaming peripherals and even a surprisingly stylish electric scooter. The Taiwanese tech giant’s announcements signal a strong push into artificial intelligence integration across its product lines, alongside continued innovation in display technology and portable computing.

AI Takes Center Stage in Acer’s New Laptop Lineup

Acer has significantly refreshed its Swift series of thin and light laptops, introducing five new models all boasting integrated AI capabilities powered by Microsoft Copilot. According to a company release, the new devices are designed to cater to a diverse range of users, from creative professionals to business travelers.

Leading the charge is the Acer Swift 16 AI, positioned as the premier choice for digital creators. It features what Acer calls “the world’s largest haptic touchpad,” offering stylus support for sketching and detailed design work. Complementing this is a vibrant 16-inch 3K OLED touch display, ensuring visuals are as stunning as the creations they display.

For professionals prioritizing portability, the Acer Swift Edge AI arrives in both 14-inch and 16-inch variants. The 14-inch model is particularly impressive, measuring just 13.95mm thick and weighing under 1kg. These laptops pack a punch with Intel Core Ultra 9 processors, up to 32GB of RAM, and up to 1TB of storage, all paired with a crisp 3K OLED display boasting a 120Hz refresh rate.

Rounding out the Swift lineup are the Acer Swift Go 14 AI and 16 AI, offering a balance of features for users who don’t require the specialized capabilities of the Swift 16 or Edge models. These offer 2K or 3K displays, up to Intel Core Ultra X9 processors, up to 32GB of RAM, and up to 1TB of storage. Acer has yet to announce pricing for any of these new Swift models.

Gaming Gets a Boost with New Predator and Nitro Laptops

Acer didn’t neglect its gaming audience, unveiling a new generation of Predator and Nitro laptops. The Predator Helios Neo 16S AI stands as the flagship, boasting an Intel Core Ultra 9 processor, an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070 Laptop GPU, up to 64GB of RAM, and up to 2TB of storage. A 16-inch OLED display with HDR support completes the package, promising immersive gaming experiences.

The more accessible Nitro V 16 AI offers a compelling alternative, featuring an Intel Core Ultra 7 processor and the same RTX 5070 GPU. While “only” offering up to 32GB of RAM, it still provides up to 2TB of storage. A smaller, thinner Nitro V 16S AI model was also announced, offering similar specs at a more competitive price point, though Acer has not yet disclosed specific pricing details.

A Feast for the Eyes: Acer’s New Monitors and Projector

Acer expanded its display offerings with a quartet of new monitors, catering to gamers, creators, and home theater enthusiasts alike. The $799.99 Predator XB273U F6 boasts a 2560×1440 resolution and a blistering 500Hz refresh rate, which can even be pushed to 1000Hz at a lower 720p resolution.

For those seeking a more immersive experience, the $1,199.99 Predator X34 F3 features a 3440×1440 resolution and a curved QD-OLED panel with a 360Hz refresh rate. The $799.99 Nitro XV270X P delivers a stunning 5K resolution on a 27-inch display with a 330Hz refresh rate.

Catering to professional creators, the ProDesigner PE320QX is a 31.5-inch behemoth supporting a massive 6016×3384 resolution at 60Hz and a peak brightness of 600 nits.

Rounding out the display lineup is the new 4K RGB laser projector, the Vero HL1820, which includes a 1080p/240Hz mode for gaming. However, this projector will initially only be available in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Beyond Computing: Acer Enters the Electric Scooter Market

In a surprising move, Acer also unveiled the Predator ES Storm Pro e-scooter, designed for “high-performance city riding.” This folding scooter features a 500W rear hub motor with a peak output of 1200W, multiple riding modes, and a range of up to 60km on a single charge. It even includes built-in holders for smart tags to prevent loss. Unfortunately, like the Vero HL1820 projector, the ES Storm Pro will initially be exclusive to the European market.

Acer’s CES 2026 announcements demonstrate a clear commitment to innovation across multiple product categories, with a strong emphasis on AI integration and delivering premium experiences for both consumers and professionals.
