Anxiety is peaking for the 28-year-old man who disappeared yesterday in its waters Achelouin Possession Messolonghiou, where he had gone with a group to fish in the waters of the river.
The young man from Nepal has been missing since yesterday evening and until last Saturday night the searches for his location by the Fire Department and the Police were fruitless.

The 28-year-old was accompanied by his girlfriend, who, according to messolonghivoice.gr, told the police that the man fell into the water and due to the opposing currents that exist at the scene, he was sucked into an eddy.
Since that time he has not given any sign of life again.
According to the Police, the investigations will continue this morning with the first light of day, while the person in charge of the dam in the area has already been informed, so that the flow of water can be stopped, in order for its level to drop.
Six firefighters with two vehicles, the rapid water team of the 6th EMAK and the Unmanned Aircraft Systems team of Western Greece, along with police officers, took part in today’s investigations.
