Rahman’s daughter Rushda was married to Altaf Nawab from Kollam at Hotel Leela Palace in Chennai. Though he started in Malayalam, Rahman is a brilliant actor in both Tamil and Telugu cinema. Rahman made his acting debut in the 1983 Malayalam film ‘Koodevide’. Later she acted in more than 100 films in Malayalam, Tamil and Telugu. Besides Rushda, Rahman also has a daughter named Alisha.
