Actor Simbu’s car driver killed, driver arrested in Chennai Denampettai.

On the 18th, a car collided with an old man who was trying to cross the road on Ilangovan Street, Thenampet, Chennai. The old man who was injured in this was fighting for his life in the blood flood. Seeing this, the locals rescued the old man and sent him to the Raipet Government Hospital.
There the old man died without effect of treatment. Upon learning of this, the police conducted an investigation. The investigation revealed that the deceased was Munusamy (age 70) of Thomas Road area.
Also, during the police investigation into the car that collided with the old man, the police said that the car belonged to actor Simbu and on the day of the incident, Simbu’s father actor D. Rajender was in his car with his family when the accident took place.
The driver of the car, Selvam, 29, of Thomas Road, has been arrested and police are investigating.
