Thiruvanmiyur police have arrested Hari Nadar, who is lodged in a Bangalore jail in Karnataka.
Actress Vijayalakshmi attempted suicide at home in 2020. Thiruvanmiyur police then conducted an investigation. In his confession to the police, Vijayalakshmi had said that Seeman, the coordinator of the Naam Tamil Party, Harinadar, the coordinator of the Panangaddu Pada Party, and Sada had tried to commit suicide by threatening him. Following this, Thiruvanmiyur police filed a case.
Thiruvanmiyur police have arrested Harinadar, who is already lodged in the Agrahara Central Jail in Bangalore, in connection with a money laundering case. Thiruvanmiyur investigator has written a letter to the Agrahara Jail in Bangalore seeking permission to arrest Harinadar, who is lodged in jail in connection with the Vijayalakshmi suicide case. Following this, the Thiruvanmiyur police are scheduled to produce Harinadar tomorrow at the 18th Criminal Court in Saidapet.
