The renowned Mexican actor, who rose from a singer in his homeland to a popular Hollywood star whose roles included a role in ‘Designated Survivor’, he has died of appendix cancera disease that has led to absolute privacy.

His death was revealed by Deadline on Tuesday, which also reported that his last known role was in the drama series ‘The Cleaning Lady’ from Fox.

In ‘Designated Survivor’, he played US Vice President-elect Aaron Shore with Kiefer Sutherland, 57, for three seasons.

He also starred in ‘Narcos’ as real-life politician Rodrigo Lara Bonilla.

For the past two years, Adam starred with Élodie Yung, 42, in ‘The Cleaning Lady’, playing gangster Armand Morales.

His film roles included roles as Sunspot in ‘X-Men: Days of Future Past’ and a role in ‘2 Hearts’, along with a role in Halle Berry’s directorial debut ‘Bruised’, which is very affected by the death of the actor.

Halle Berry wanted to share some words on social networks after learning of the death. “I don’t have the words yet…but my dear sweet friend Adam just earned his wings. Forever, forever in my heart.”
