The noise of the World Cup football is just months away from rising on the sandy soil of Qatar. Of the 32 teams waiting to compete in the World Championships, 29 have already been announced.
The final draw of the tournament will start at 9.30 pm Indian time at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center.

Twenty-eight teams currently qualifying will be in pots one through four, according to the latest FIFA rankings released on March 31. As the host nation, Qatar will be the first team in the first round. The top seven teams in the FIFA rankings will join Qatar in the tournament.
Those who qualify are ranked eighth to fifteenth in the FIFA rankings, second and 16th to 23rd in the third. Winners of the Intercontinental Playoffs scheduled in June and winners of the UEFA Playoffs Slot will join them as the 24th to 28th go to the fourth round.
Find the groups A to H for the World Cup from these four pots. When the host Qatar is in Group A, the rest of the teams will be selected from other pots. Select each subsequent group by taking the balls with the name of each team from each pot.
According to FIFA, only one team from each qualifying zone except Europe will be allowed in a group. As thirteen teams from Europe play in the World Cup, it is mandatory for each group to have one or more teams. The Intercontinental Play-off winners and UEFA Play-off spot winners will be grouped accordingly.

The United States and Mexico arrived yesterday
Two more teams qualified for the World Cup yesterday, Mexico and the USA. Mexico beat El Salvador 2-0 in the final match of the qualifying round to finish second in the North American region. The USA, meanwhile, lost to Costa Rica by two unanswered goals in the final qualifier, overtaking Costa Rica by a goal margin to finish third in the World Cup berth. Costa Rica, ranked fourth in the region, have a chance of winning the Interla Continental play – offs in June.

These are the top teams that failed to qualify for the World Cup
1. Italy – The defending Euro Cup champions lost to North Macedonia in the play – off semi – finals.
2. Sloton Ibrahimovic and his team lost in the play – off final round against Sweden – Poland.
3. Egypt – Mohammad Salah’s team lost to Senegal in the play – off shootout and did not get a berth to Qatar.
4. Nigeria – Nigeria, the powerhouse of African football, lost to Ghana in the qualifying round this time.
5. Algeria – The 2019 African Nations Cup winners Algeria did not shine in the qualifying round this time.
6. Colombia – Colombia, who have reached the quarter-finals of the last two World Cups, have failed to reach the top four in the South American qualifying round.
7. Chile – Chile miss out on a place in the second consecutive World Cup.
