Modifications to Section II-Specific Data of the Call for Tenders (DPAO)
The Director General of SOGEM informs all interested bidders of the notice of call for tenders, referred to above, published during the month of December 2023 in the following newspapers: Lynx in Guinea, Essor in Mali, Horizons in Mauritania , the Sun in Senegal, the ADB site and the SOGEM site that certain provisions of the DAO relating thereto are modified as follows:

This addendum is an integral part of the DAO and modifies the passages cited above. All other clauses and conditions of the DAO not modified by this Addendum No. 1 remain unchanged and strictly applied. No other postponement of the deadline for submission of offers will be authorized by SOGEM.
