According to Kensington Palace, Prince William will, among other things, meet aid workers providing humanitarian aid in the region and hear experiences from local people.

The heir to the British throne Prince William (41) wants to draw attention to the human suffering caused by the Gaza war at several events. Kensington Palace said it was also about the global rise in anti-Semitism.

The son of King Charles III. will meet aid workers providing humanitarian aid in the region and hear experiences from local people, as well as take part in a discussion with young people in a synagogue who are campaigning against hate and anti-Semitism.

“The Prince and Princess (Kate) were deeply concerned by the events that occurred in late 2023 and continue to hold all the victims, their families and friends in their hearts and minds,” the palace statement continued. “Their Royal Highnesses continue to share the hope for a better future for all those affected.”

In 2018, William became the first member of the British monarchy to visit both Israel and the West Bank on behalf of the British government. He met with both Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas. William’s wife Princess Kate (42) is still recovering from an abdominal operation and is not attending any official appointments at least until Easter.
