The reality star and influencer Adele Besplov revealed this morning (Tuesday) that she had thyroid cancer and underwent surgery to remove the tumor.
In a post she uploaded to Instagram, Baslov wrote: “Three weeks ago, I got a call from Iris, my amazing endocrinologist, she said come to the department, the results came. Now, as I see movies, when someone is called to come to the department, it’s not good. I told her on the phone in a crying voice: ‘Iris, what’s up? I have cancer?’. She tells me: ‘Yes, thyroid cancer.'”
She continued and wrote: “I am a very strong woman, I burst into tears. I was alone at home. I cried like I hadn’t cried since Liv’s birth. I didn’t quite understand what I had. I read straight to the match that arrived by rocket from work and of course my father-in-law Kobi, a phone call to my mother-in-law Tali who is another second She passed out, was in Holland, and called my grandmother who just collapsed on the floor. We all just in one moment didn’t understand what I had except the word cancer which gave us all a heart attack.”
“And then another phone call – Iris explains to me that it’s cancer whose recovery is up to 100%. I discovered it at a relatively early stage, thank God. I need thyroidectomy surgery and with God’s help I’m behind, and then I started the process. Yesterday I underwent surgery to remove the thyroid gland, the lump It wasn’t small, but as you know me, everything is small about me,” she added.
She then turned to her followers and urged them to go get tested. “I want to say that there will probably be a million questions – go get checked. Women who have experienced thyroid problems during pregnancy go get a neck ultrasound. I had top supervision, crazy supervision from above. Someone sent me a message on Instagram that it looked like I had a bump and to get checked, I immediately went to check. The tests are all there They were normal, only the ultrasound showed a cyst and then a biopsy and then cancer! For me it was caused by Liv’s pregnancy. How important it is, go get checked, it can happen at any age.”
In conclusion, she wrote: “I want to say thank you to God. There is no other but Him! I was supposed to be hospitalized for four or five days and I came out without even a drain thanks to all the prayers to the Father in Heaven. Appreciate life, live as if there is no tomorrow. A day that passes does not come back. Thank God every day that you are healthy And your family is healthy. Keep them close to you because this life is not taken for granted. God willing, let’s hope that everything is behind me and I had to share because come on, you are part of my life for better or for worse, so bye bye to this cancer, goodbye to you that we will never meet again.”
