Administrative judgments against public law persons: Execution of 5,458 judgments over the last three years (Minister of Justice)

Rabat – The number of judgments of administrative courts executed over the last three years, against legal entities under public law, amounts to 5,458, i.e. an execution rate of 38%, said Monday in Rabat , the Minister of Justice, Abdellatif Ouahbi.

Responding to an oral question in the House of Representatives, Mr. Ouahbi stressed that the number of judgments in progress reached 7,072 files, or a rate of 49%, while the total number of files amounts to 14,307 .

The amounts executed following the judgments rendered by the administrative courts amount to approximately 1.019 billion dirhams (MMDH), he specified, noting that the number of files executed against local authorities is estimated at 2,478 files , 5,153 cases against public establishments and companies and 6,708 cases against State Services.

Concerning the distribution of files executed and the sums due, Mr. Ouahbi indicated that 818 files were executed at the administrative court of Fez, with an estimated value of approximately 120 million dirhams (MDH), 420 files at the administrative court of Casablanca (around 49 MDH) and 1,666 cases at the administrative court of Rabat (around 631 MDH), as well as 858 cases at the administrative court of Marrakech (92 MDH).

A total of 152 files were executed at the administrative court of Meknes (around 8 MDH) and 960 files at the administrative court of Oujda (79 MDH), he added.
