He Electoral Court of the State of Nuevo León (TEENL) sanctioned the youtuber, Adrian Marcelo for committing gender violence against Mariana Rodriguez.
Once again, the controversial influencer is in the eye of the hurricane and has now received a sentence from the electoral authorities of Nuevo León.
It is Thursday October 24 he TEENL resolved the complaint of Mariana Rodríguez Cantú – which she presented at the beginning of the month of September– against Adrián Marcelo Moreno Olvera, but also against Adrian Emilio de la Garza Santos, Rafael Eduardo Ramos de la Garza and the Strength and Heart Coalition X Nuevo León made up of the parties PRI, PAN y PRD.
According to Cantú’s complaint, the former member of The House of the Famous Mexico attacked her in an interview uploaded on the channel YouTube of the influencer with Adrián de la Garza and that he supposedly hired him for said action.

The interview took place in the month of June, when Mariana Rodríguez and De la Garza were candidates for the Monterrey mayor’s office.
The ruling of the entity’s Electoral Court indicates that Adrián Marcelo committed political gender violence by making “lewd, grotesque and including micro-machismo” comments to the detriment of Mariana Rodríguez.
However, TEENL pointed out that Marcelo’s expressions “were made during a journalism exercise, so there is a presumption of legality of said journalistic activity.”
Due to the above, the Court imposed a “sanction of Public Reprimand, as well as the reparation measures contained in the ruling,” on the content creator.

As for the others mentioned, the electoral authority did not issue any sanction since it did not find sufficient evidence to substantiate the complaints filed by the wife of the governor of Nuevo León, Samuel Garcia.
“There are no elements that prove that they had control of the website where the reported interview was published, nor any decision on what was published on it,” concluded the TEENL.
