Police are investigating after registering a case against 3 people in connection with a dispute that took place near Madhuweerapattu-Naduweerapattu. Babu, 42, of Keerapalayam West Street, next to Naduweerapattu; His elder brother Kumar belongs to the same area. There was a dispute between the two regarding the place and there was a previous enmity. In this situation, Babu’s daughter Deepa, 18, was walking. Kumar, his younger brother Chinnathambi’s wife Surya and his elder sister Vasanthi attacked Deepa and Babu asking why they came to the place of trouble. Both Babu and Deepa were seriously injured and are being treated at the Cuddalore Government Hospital. Kumar, Surya and Vasanthi attacked them. The police have registered a case and are investigating.
