L’ANTENG (Associació d’Empreses de Noves Tecnologies de Girona), employer of the technological sector of the Girona counties, kicks off the seventeenth edition of the E-TECH Awards, which will recognize the best projects, initiatives, organizations and individuals in the field of new technologies. The call for prizes will remain open from Thursday, May 18 at midnight, until October 16.
For this year’s edition, the organization has decided to keep the same categories in which the Awards were divided last yearwhich are: BBVA E-TECH Award for the best initiative in the digitization of the company, E-TECH Award for the best initiative in local administration, E-TECH Award for the best management in language and communication in ICT , E-TECH Award for the best digital marketing strategy, International Hipra E-TECH Award, E-TECH Award for the trajectory of the ICT company, EPS E-TECH Trustee Award for the emerging technology project and Award for the E-TECH Referent .
To formalize a candidacy, you will need to fill in the form which will remain open and at the disposal of those companies, individuals and entities that wish to present themselves in the first seven categories (the eighth and last, corresponding to the E-TECH Referent, is decided directly by the board of the entity), and that can be found on the Awards website itself (www.premisetech.com).
The award ceremony for these awards will be held on Monday, November 20 the Josep Irla Auditorium of the Generalitat in Girona. This location has hosted the editions of recent years, with the exception of 2020, which was held at the Mercè Cultural Center without an audience.
Contest to renew the logo
Last year, in parallel with the call for the E-TECH Awards, and from October, a call was also opened for renew the corporate image of the awards which, finally, the board of directors of the AENTEG ended up declaring deserted.
This year, the same call is open again, but from the very beginning, coinciding with the opening of the call for the same awards, and keeping it open until October 16 itself. “The spirit of this call remains the same, as well as the cash prize that goes with it: €1,000. To win it, candidates will need to create a logo and a small user guide , as detailed in the specific rules of this competition”, details the AENTEG.
“The competition for the renewal of the logo is designed to promote small agencies and individual professionals, or design students, as it is planned that non-professional profiles can be submitted,” they add.
