Aeromexico and ASPA review the collective agreement for pilots

The airline reported that for several weeks they have been reviewing the collective bargaining agreement with the Trade Union of Airline Pilots of Mexico (BLADE).

Aeromexico stated that during this negotiation, “we have clearly expressed to the union leadership the firm commitment to strengthen the collective agreement of the pilots.”

“In the same way that we have achieved successful reviews of collective bargaining agreements with 4 other unions during this year, we are confident that we will reach an agreement with BLADE which will translate, always within a framework of strengthening air safety, into better levels of productivity and efficiency operational”.

The company noted that they have presented a comprehensive proposal to the ASPA, “which will allow all pilots enjoy of compensation levels higher than those before the health emergency due to Covid-19”.

Aeroméxico reiterated its willingness to continue dialoguing and working every day to achieve a satisfactory review of the collective agreement.

The location by BLADE It is scheduled for the first minute of October 1st, as that is the date set by the current contract in force.
