AES: an effective instrument in the fight against terrorism, President Traoré
Ouagadougou, September 16, 2023 (AIB) – The head of state of Burkina Faso, Captain Ibrahim Traoré, estimated that through the Alliance for the States of the Sahel (AES), Burkina Faso, Mali and Niger , will fight against terrorism until victory.
“The creation of the Alliance of Sahel States marks a decisive stage in cooperation between Burkina Faso, Mali and Niger.
For the sovereignty and development of our peoples, we will lead the fight against terrorism in our common space, until victory,” wrote President Ibrahim Traoré on his X account (formerly Twitter).
