Africa, the future Olympic continent?

The African continent has already organized major sports competitions: rugby or World Cup football… but not an Olympic version. Why are the Games written in Africa? Stadiums, roads, airports, hotels, are there enough infrastructure? Do politicians love at home? Which African city can be ready? In a word: what is Africa missing to host the Olympics?
