The Queen of Great Britain, Elizabeth II, has announced that she is postponing a virtual event she was supposed to attend, following the fact that she is still experiencing mild symptoms of corona, the Buckingham Palace announced.
“Her Majesty is experiencing mild symptoms so she decided not to take part in the events today,” the palace said. “Despite this, we will continue with the easier activities.”
As you may recall, yesterday (Sunday) the palace announced that the 95-year-old queen had contracted corona. This is after her son Charles was also ill.
A source at the palace told CNN that “recently there have been a number of incidents at the palace.” It was also clarified in the royal house that the queen is fully immunized.
