The São Paulo Board of Directors held its first meeting of 2024 this Wednesday (3).
At the meeting, the members of the body approved the names indicated for the composition of boards and executive positions.
This was also the first meeting after the inauguration of Paulo Amaral, appointed by the Advisory Council, and Leandro Alvarenga, José Alberto Rodrigues dos Santos and Vinícius de Medeiros, representatives of the Deliberative Council.
The Board of Directors is chaired by Julio Casares, re-elected to the position of representative of the Board for the three-year period 2024/2026.
