The teenager, schooled in 4th to college Bracke-Desrousseau from Vendin-le-Vieil killed himself on the evening of May 12 at his home. Four minors have been indicted for “school harassment leading to suicide”, the Béthune prosecutor announced on Thursday. A major person was indicted for “death threats”. All were placed under judicial supervision.

The girl’s mother, Betty, told RTL that her daughter had been the victim of “repeated insults” at school and “on social networks”. “She was in her bubble, she was angry, she was angry with the whole world, she added. I want everyone who hurt my daughter to pay for it. »

The deputy (RN) and vice-president of the National Assembly, Sébastien Chenu, announced on Thursday that he had tabled a bill to strengthen the fight against school bullying.
