Yesterday, Thursday, April 4, ‘Fofo’ Márquez was arrested by elements of the Attorney General’s Office of the State of Mexico after allegedly attacking a woman in the streets of the municipality of Naucalpan.

Due to what happened, Viral Fight released a statement in which they clarify that the organization values and promotes respect inside and outside the octagon.
“We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful and violence-free environment, especially in a social context like the one we live in Mexico, where the fight against aggression towards women is a priority and fundamental,” they commented.
Due to the above and after what happened, they said that the influencer is completely disconnected from the organization and the title he had obtained is withdrawn.
“With deep dismay, we are forced to announce the separation of ‘Fofo’ Márquez from Viral Fight, effective immediately, due to behaviors that contradict essential values.
“This decision includes the removal of his title to the belt as Viral Fight Champion,” they mentioned.
Likewise, they added that ‘Fofo’ Márquez’s conduct does not align with the sporting spirit and with the “ethical principles of Viral Fight and all its allies.”
