“It happened at 11:40 p.m.”explain to Monde Nikerson Perdius, journalist in Guyane la 1ère, who was reporting on the spot. “I heard a shot probably coming from the unlit entrance to the Mont-Lucas estate, then calls for help”continues the reporter, who counted “at least three shots” that night. “A police officer who intervened earlier in Mont-Lucas told me: ‘I was hot, at least four gunshots went not far from me.’ » Two minors and a young adult were arrested for throwing projectiles.

“We had just left Mont-Lucas, we were flowing back to the Stanislas city to join our vehicles in order to intervene in another district”says Philippe Jos, territorial director of the national police. “I think it was the colleagues from the BAC [brigade anticriminalité] who were targeted, as they were closest to the victim’s apartment”, he adds. The prosecution favors the hypothesis of the shooting of a rioter. The projectile, found on Wednesday July 5 during the autopsy of the body, is not ammunition used by the police. “We did not make a lethal shot”says Philippe Jos.

If he was on his balcony that evening, it was to watch over the car they had bought together. “We shared everything, we had a close relationship”she adds.
