jpnn.comJAKARTA – Actor Edward Akbar has undergone an examination regarding Kimberly Ryder’s report on alleged car embezzlement.
Kimberly Ryder’s husband underwent an examination for approximately 3.5 hours.
Based on monitoring, Edward Akbar finished undergoing examination at around 17.31 WIB.
When asked about today’s examination agenda, he asked for prayers that everything would go well.
“Please pray that everything will be okay, conducive, everything starts with something good, so let’s just do something good,” said Edward Akbar at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Monday (12/8).
He then explained about the alleged car embezzlement reported by his wife.
According to him, the car that Kimberly Ryder was referring to was joint property.
Regardless, Edward Akbar hopes that the problem can be resolved soon.
“As for today’s problem, well, as I said at the beginning, this is joint property, we got married on August 26, 2018, the car was bought together, December 2018. That’s all I can say. Bismillah. Where is the element of embezzlement?” said the actor of the film Sayap Sayap Patah.
“Hopefully this can be cleared up and I can work on films again,” added Edward.
Previously, Kimberly Ryder reported her husband, Edward Akbar, regarding an alleged car embezzlement case.
The incident is thought to have occurred in 2023 but to date the car has not been returned.
Apart from reporting to the police, Kimberly Ryder also filed for divorce against Edward Akbar. (mcr7/jpnn)
