Early this Friday (30), a 26-year-old call center attendant, who preferred not to be identified, woke up to her husband’s car, which was parked on the porch of the house, on fire. The fire started at around 2am in the Jardim Los Angeles region of Campo Grande.
The couple suspect that the fire was arson. To the police, the attendant’s husband said he is receiving threats from an ex-girlfriend. The wife told the Campo Grande News who also received a message on social media being threatened by her ex.

Due to the flames that reached the car, the gate of the house was damaged by fire. “We didn’t have insurance, if the neighbors hadn’t called me, I think it could have been much worse, the fire was very high”, reported the young woman.
Firefighters were triggered to contain the fire, however, before their arrival, some neighbors tried to stop the flames with hoses. The case was registered at Depac (Delegation of Community Emergency Care) Cepol, where it will be investigated.
