A total of 178,554 passengers were welcomed in November 2022 by Agadir-Al Massira airport compared to 165,534 during the same period in 2019, the same source said.
Some 1,580,566 passengers passed through this airport platform at the end of last November compared to 1,846,185 during the same period in 2019, representing a recovery rate of 86%, ONDA emphasizes.
At the national level, the Kingdom’s airports welcomed 18,467,415 passengers during the first eleven months of this year, representing a recovery rate of 80% compared to the same period in 2019.
“For cumulative air traffic from January to the end of November 2022, Morocco’s airports continue to show recovery rates that are increasing compared to the same period in 2019, welcoming 80% of passengers and 82% of airport movements, or respectively 18,467,415 passengers and 157,687 airport movements for all airports,” ONDA emphasizes.
During the month of November alone, Morocco’s airports recorded a commercial traffic volume of 1,914,705 passengers and 15,341 airport movements, representing recovery rates of 96% and 92%, respectively, compared to the same period in 2019.
