Actress Shin Ae-ra (55) revealed her secret to being slim.
On the 11th, a video was posted on the YouTube channel ‘Shinae Life’ titled “The tomato soup and breakfast items my husband and I eat every morning. Subscribers also eat together and stay healthy together.”
In the released video, Shin Ae-ra said, “I will reveal the simple vegetable soup that I eat with my husband every morning.”
Shin Ae-ra said, “All you need is tomatoes, carrots, onions, and garlic.”
He said, “As I get older, I become more interested in my health. “I felt like my stamina was declining, so I thought I should pay more attention to my health now,” he said.
He then shared his secret to health, saying, “I used to like meat and carbohydrates, but these days, I try to eat a lot of vegetables.”
He added, “I try to eat protein at every meal. I also eat a lot of oatmeal in the morning, and I feel less sorry about eating strong foods at lunch and dinner.”
Meanwhile, tomatoes aid digestion and promote metabolism. It can reduce the amount of food you eat by giving you a feeling of fullness.
Carrots also help prevent overeating by increasing satiety. Oatmeal is rich in nutrients and is known to be good for diet due to it’s high dietary fiber content.
Shin Ae-ra married actor Cha In-pyo (57) in 1995 and has one son and two daughters. After giving birth to her first son, Jeongmin, in 1998, she adopted Yeeun in 2005 and yejin in 2008.
