Raise 100 days work to 200 days. Pay Rs.600 per day. A demonstration on behalf of the Communist Party of India Agricultural Workers’ Union was held in front of the Koradacheri union office demanding various things, including the payment of pensions to male and female agricultural workers over the age of 60. Sangam district committee members Panneer Selvam, Kathirvell, Karthikeyan, district deputy secretary Joseph and others chanted slogans in support of the demands.
