The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on October 24. The board of directors of Prime Textile Spinning Mills Limited, a company listed in the textile sector in the capital market, said that the venue will be announced later.
On Thursday (September 12), this information was revealed by Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) and Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE).
The date of the AGM has been announced on Wednesday (September 11), the company said. However, there is no mention of the place or venue of the AGM. Therefore, the venue of the AGM will be announced later.
Earlier on Wednesday, the board of directors of Prime Textile Spinning Mills Limited announced no dividend to shareholders. It has taken this decision for the shareholders after reviewing the audited financial report for the financial year ended on June 30, 2024. Earlier, the company’s board of directors meeting held on Tuesday (September 10) took this decision regarding the dividend after reviewing and approving the audited financial report of the last financial year.
The annual general meeting (AGM) of the company will be held on October 24 to approve the decision not to pay the dividend. The record date for the election of shareholders is set for October 2.
The loss per share (EPS) of the company for the financial year ended June 30, 2024 was Rs.(8.05). The profit per share of the company was Rs 0.43 in the corresponding period of the previous financial year. Net asset value per share (NAVPS) of the company stood at Tk 64.83 at the time of discussion.
