Agnès Pannier-Runacher: “Energy sobriety is all year round, including summer”

The first sobriety plan launched last fall helped to reduce the country’s energy consumption by 12%. The Minister for Energy Transition, Agnès Pannier-Runacher, presents the “summer” version of her plan. Objective: to encourage the French not to relax their efforts, even during the summer season. Administrations and businesses will once again have to lead by example.
