In addition, EVN and the investor have completed price negotiations and signed off on PPA contracts with 51/56 projects, of which the Ministry of Industry and Trade has approved temporary prices for 40 projects, 10 projects have submitted public dossiers. received the date of commercial operation (COD), of which 9 projects/parts of projects with a total capacity of 472.62MW have completed COD procedures and are officially commercialized on the grid.

Up to the above time, there are 19 projects that have been accepted by competent State management agencies for works/parts of works; 27 projects have been licensed electric activity whole plant/partial factory; 25 projects have decided to extend the investment policy. Thus, there are still 19 projects with a total capacity of 1,042.7MW that have not been submitted for negotiation.
