Dhaka Ahsania Mission Health Sector has received three awards including the best award at the national level for its special contribution to maternal and child health care and family planning services.
On Thursday (July 11) at the Bangmata Sheikh Fazilatunnesa Mujib Convention Hall in Shahbag, the State Minister for Health and Family Welfare Dr. Rokeya Sultana handed over the award to Iqbal Masud, Director of Health and Wash Sector of Dhaka Ahsania Mission. Notably, on the occasion of World Population Day, Dhaka Ahsania Mission was selected as the best non-governmental organization at the national level in the Community Based Distribution (CBD) category. Besides, Ahchaniya Mission, Comilla Best Non-Governmental Organization (CBD) at Chittagong divisional level and Ahchaniya Mission, Comilla Best Non-Governmental Organization (CBD & Clinic) at Comilla district level were selected.
