jpnn.com – The Chairman of the East Kalimantan (Kaltim) Democratic Party DPD, Irwan Fecho, confirmed that his staff will fully support the regional head candidates supported by his political party in the 2024 Pilkada, in the districts and cities of the province.
This was conveyed by Irwan when accompanying the General Chair of the Democratic Party, Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY), in directly handing over the DPP Democratic Party Recommendation Decree to the candidate pair.
The two candidate pairs who received the Democrat recommendation from AHY were the Candidate Pair for Regent/Deputy Regent of East Kutai (Ardiansyah Sulaiman-Mahyunadi) and the Candidate Pair for Mayor/Deputy Mayor of Bontang (Sutomo Jabir-Nasrullah).
“In accordance with the direction and orders of Mas AHY, we, the extended family of the East Kalimantan Democratic Party, will provide full support for the victory of the regional head candidates that we have given recommendations to,” said Irwan, Saturday (24/8).
He also believes that the candidates nominated by the Democratic Party in the 2024 Pilkada will serve and fight for the interests of the community.
“The Democratic Party believes that these regional head candidates have the intention and passion to serve, fight, and contribute more significantly to the progress of the regional economy as well as improving the welfare of the community. Good luck. Let’s Fight!” said Irwan.(fat/jpnn)
