jpnn.comJAKARTA – Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono plans to hold Eid prayers with the Sixth President of the Republic of Indonesia Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) in Cikeas, Wednesday (10/4).
This was conveyed by Democratic Party Spokesperson Herzaky Mahendra Putra in his statement, Tuesday (9/4).
“Mas AHY will accompany the 6th President of the Republic of Indonesia, Pak SBY, in the Id prayers in Cikeas,” said Herzaky.
He explained that after prayers, AHY would attend an open house event with President Joko Widodo.
“In the afternoon, the President will attend an open house at the State Palace along with other ministers,” he continued.
Herzaky explained that the momentum of Eid al-Fitr is important for all of us in maintaining and building unity and integrity, through friendship.
“Forgive each other, pray for each other. The hope is that as a nation we will come back together to build the country, whatever our differences in the 2024 elections,” he said.
“This is our strength as an Indonesian nation. We have the momentum of Eid, Eid al-Fitr to forgive each other and strengthen friendship,” concluded Herzaky.(mcr8/jpnn)
