Panneerselvam in the Supreme Court against the order granting permission to the AIADMK general committee, the order issued by the single judge of the Madras High Court, which granted permission to hold the general committee, was stayed because all the legal rules of the party had been violated in the AIADMK general committee meeting held on July 11th, and as there was no authority to hold the meeting without the permission of the coordinator.
