Subsidies from the Instituto Galego de Vivenda e Solo can reach up to 20,000 euros, for acquisitions made after September 30 of last year

He Official Gazette of Galicia (DOG) of this Wednesday collects the call for aid from the Xunta for the acquisition of subsidized housing. may be requested from this Thursday, July 6 and until October 2unless the budget is exhausted before, which amounts to 780,900 euros.
Beneficiaries can be those people with Spanish nationality or residence in Spain who have acquired a home with regional protection in the first transfer (general or special regime, newly built or from rehabilitation) and who have signed the purchase contract after September 30, 2022.
For homes located in municipalities with a higher maximum price, the aid can reach up to 20,000 euros per home, for buyers under 35 years of age, and up to 16,000 for those over that age. In the rest of the municipalities, the maximum amount of the subsidy for those under 35 years of age is 16,000 euros, and for buyers over 35 years of age, the maximum is 12,000.
In any case, the aid limit is set at 20% of the purchase price of the house (without counting expenses or taxes).
