Singapore: Air India has leased 6 aircraft from China Development Bank Aviation.
Tata Group’s Air India has leased 6 Airbus A320 aircraft from CDP Aviation.
Air India has announced the acquisition of these Airbus aircraft to expand its domestic and international services. It is also reported that these aircraft will be delivered later next year.
Regarding this, Air India Chief Commercial Officer Nipun Aggarwal said: This is an important deal. This agreement will enable us to expand our service with state-of-the-art aircraft. We expect this to be an important step in organizational transformation. This is what he said.
