Air India launches rescue operation; Two flights will depart for Ukraine tomorrow
Two Air India flights will depart tomorrow morning to bring back Indians stranded in Ukraine. Earlier, the Indian Ambassador to Ukraine had said that necessary steps had been taken to ensure the safety of Indians stranded in Ukraine.

Partha Satpathy said that everyone should remain patient in the existing centers until further notice of their return from Ukraine and that no one should be afraid. The crucial meeting of NATO will be held today in the context of the war. Measures to ensure the security of member states will be discussed at the meeting.

Meanwhile, Russian forces have reportedly reached a distance of 20 km from the Ukrainian capital, Kiev. Ukraine has confirmed that the attack took place in Ukraine’s military bases and populated areas from 4 p.m. Vladimir Selensky said that Russia had erred in its promise not to invade populated areas.
