New airline ticket bookings in Singapore have been put on hold for four weeks due to the threat of an omega-3 infection.
The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore has decided to suspend booking of new tickets from December 23 to January 20.
Passengers from about 24 countries, including Australia, the UK and the US, will not be able to book new tickets for four weeks, officials said.
However, those who have already booked tickets will be given permission to travel.
