Airtel had announced a few days ago that it would be partnering with Axis Bank to provide financial services. Accordingly a co-branded credit card is issued to the customers of the telecom company. It also has to offer customers with ‘Buy Now, Pay Later’ offers. Thus offering cashbacks and special discounts to banks’ customers. You will also get 10% cashback if you use this credit card to pay for electricity, water or gas bills through the Airtel Thanks App. One percent cashback on all other expenses.
This will allow Airtel customers to receive a credit card through the Airtel Thanks processor. There are also various services that Axis Bank can offer with this credit card. In addition, Axis Bank will enhance digital capabilities such as ATMs, messaging platform, video system, streaming, call masking and virtual contact. Through this alliance, Airtel’s 340 million customers will be able to avail loans and various services at Axis Bank, thereby availing financial benefits.
