Aishwarya Rajesh opens up about women’s entry to Sabarimala

Chennai: Aishwarya Rajesh is a notable actress in Tamil for her acting skills and attitude. Aishwarya has commented on Sabarimala women’s entry during the promotion of her upcoming film The Great Indian Kitchen. “God is for everyone. In the eyes of God, there is no difference between men and women.”- is what Aishwarya says first on this issue.

Aishwarya opined that God does not discriminate as to who is not allowed to enter the temple premises. Such laws are only man-made laws. Aishwarya added that not only at Sabarimala, the deity of any temple would not be disturbed by a certain section of devotees entering the holy land.

Aishwarya also said that God has not created rules about what one should eat and whether a devotee is pure or not. Aishwarya said that God never forbids menstruating women from entering any temple premises. Aishwarya Rajesh said that she believes that these man-made restrictions have nothing to do with God.

Aishwarya’s new film is a remake of The Great Indian Kitchen, directed by Jio Baby, released in Malayalam. Aishwarya plays the lead role played by Nimisha Sajayan in Tamil. Directed by R Kannan, the film will hit the theaters soon. Produced by RDC Media, Rahul Ravindran will play the role played by Suraj Venjaranmood.
