Aitana is celebrating her father’s 60th birthday today. The young singer dedicated an extensive post to talk about the special relationship she has with her mother and to honor him with loving words.
But, there was one aspect that specifically caught our attention and that is that the Spanish artist confessed that she usually shares a bed with her father. She thus revealed the reasons that lead her to do this, even though she is already 24 years old.
“I have you here next to me in the bed, because you sleep with me when I feel alone, when I need you most and you are there, always, to accompany me in the darkest nights and also in the brightest. To laugh non-stop over stupid things or cry non-stop over the same thing,” she wrote on her Instagram account.
And, later, she revealed how this is a habit that they have maintained since she was little: “I remember all the times I screamed at you from my room and told you ‘dad, come, I’m scared’, and you came and were with me until I fell asleep, many times I opened my eyes and told you “please don’t go” and you always told me ‘I’ll always be here.’”
Among the congratulatory comments for Aitana’s father, David Bisbal stood out, writing: “This is a machine, but a good one!”, and other followers added: “I think it is the message that all parents we want to hear once in a lifetime”, “Crying too much”.
