The first day collection of Ajith’s next ‘Valaimai’ was released yesterday and now the second day collection has been released. The first two days of collections are said to have surpassed the collections of Rajini Vijay films.
Ajith starrer ‘Valimai’ was released yesterday and received mixed reviews. However, the first day of ‘Valimai’ was said to have grossed 70 to 75 crores worldwide, 35 crores in Tamil Nadu alone and about 2 crores in Chennai alone.

It is said that the movie ‘Valimai’ has collected Rs. 23 crores in Tamil Nadu alone in the second day and after this in Tamil Nadu alone it has collected about 60 crores in two days. It is expected that the collection will reach Rs 100 crore by Monday if similar collections are made on both the holidays, Saturday and Sunday.
