Chennai: Ajith is currently acting in the film ‘Thunivu’ which is directed by H. Vinod. Manju Warrier, Samuthirakani and many others are acting. Gibran composes the music and Niravsha does the cinematography. The film is slated to hit the screens for the upcoming Pongal festival. The first look poster of the film was released recently. Following this, producer Boney Kapoor has started the promotional work. There were reports that Boney Kapoor was asking Ajith to help promote the film, but Ajith was refusing.
Ajith does not participate in the promotional work of any film in which he is acting. It is his practice not to meet journalists and media. In this situation, Ajith has released an information regarding the promotion of the film through his manager Suresh Chandra who has said that ‘a good film will find its own promotion’. Suresh Chandra has published this on his Twitter account on behalf of Ajith. This has caused a lot of shock among the producers.
