The project of AK61, which reunites actors Ajith Kumar-H.Vinoth-Bonikapur for the third time after the success of Nerakonda Pravi and Manaham, was decided two years ago.
The Pooja of AK61 was held on 11th April at 9.01 am at Ramoji Rao Film City, Hyderabad. Producer Boney Kapoor posted photos related to this.
The crew shot for AK61 in Hyderabad for 47 days straight. The first phase of the shooting was completed in Hyderabad and the second phase of the shooting started on 15th June last in Chennai.
This Chennai shooting is said to have taken place in Kasimedu, East Coast Road in Chennai and Mannivakkam areas near Vandalur till a few days ago. The shooting took place in a busy area on major roads.
Actress Manju Varrier participated in this Chennai shoot. In this Chennai shoot, scenes were shot without Ajith. The third phase of the film is currently being shot in Visakhapatnam.
Nirav Shah is the cinematographer for Milan as the art director of this AK61 movie.Supreme Sundar is the stunt director of AK61. Notably, Supreme Sundar recently won the National Award for Ayyappan and Koshiyum.
In this case, the stunt man Balaji from the fight training director Supreme Sundar’s team has posted a photo of BTS with the stunt performers of the film AK61 on his Instagram page. These photos are currently going viral among Ajith fans.
